The “Seventeen” team was pioneering the design of a passive, partially autonomous dormitory at Chernihiv Polytechnic National University. This innovative project focuses on enhancing energy efficiency and sustainability by insulating the building, integrating a ventilation system with heat exchangers, and installing solar panels for energy generation and storage. The dormitory aims to provide a comfortable living environment regardless of external climate conditions or power outages, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and promoting financial and ecological stability.
