PHOENIX consists of a group of practitioners in Democratic Innovations (DI) that has already walk a long road together, forging a common forward-looking spirit and a precise commitment to improve the quality of our democracies.

PHOENIX aims to study, enrich, and test participatory and deliberative practices to improve the European Green Deal pathway and build a better, greener future for all.

They believe that the ecological transition can only succeed if it is conducted in a fair and inclusive way, through the involvement, commitment and active contribution of citizens.
